Protecting ourselves


We all attempt to protect ourselves from being hurt. When we think of protecting ourselves we tend to envision “rigid” things. Like walls. But which is more resilient? A wall or a marshmallow? The living tree that sways in the wind or the dead tree that falls?

We like to think hard things mean that we are strong, but in reality being flexible is stronger. So today sway, bounce, or bend and enjoy your strength.
