If you go to therapy for anything you have been told of the importance of tracking. Tracking your sleep, diet, exercise, and all sorts of things. Is it helpful? It sure is! Are tools out there to help? Yep, tons of computer programs. The thing is while I love my computer program it works best on my computer. So what is a girl to do?
Why produce her own tracker, of course. I know that many people track in notebooks, but for me that is to time-consuming and messy. The tracker I came up with is mostly multiple choice and has a place for notes. The thought process behind it is that it is easy and you can use it to fill in computer programs later if you want.
The paperback is as small as I could make it and there is a digital version that you can down load and print out. The downloaded will fit into a medium-sized Day Tracker or other organizer.
